Open an email, file, or document and choose what it should become. Nothing moves until you click. This service never browses your mailbox or drive on its own.
The Suite checks who you are, which organization you are acting for, and whether that organization is entitled to the app you are sending to. If any check fails, the action stops here.
What arrives is a draft or a pending record — never an approval. QMS still controls documents, Governance still owns contract truth, Finance still owns the books. The original file stays exactly where it is.
Each application owns its own records. This service routes to them; it never becomes the system of record for anything.
